This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Vocari AI voice receptionist platform and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; answer and route calls/messages; schedule appointments; send you alerts and daily reports through the channels you choose (SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone); process payments; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.

Call recording & AI processing

The Service records and transcribes calls and uses automated AI to understand and respond. Florida and some other states require all-party consent to record calls; Vocari includes a spoken recording notice by default, and you are responsible for appropriate disclosures. Recordings and transcripts are used to deliver the Service (e.g., summaries, dashboards) and may be used to improve accuracy.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, phone verification, account alerts, or daily reports), we collect your mobile number and consent record. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or HELP for help. Your SMS opt-in and consent are used only to communicate with you and are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See our SMS Terms.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including telephony and voice-AI providers (e.g., Twilio, Vapi), calendar/scheduling integrations you connect, email/messaging providers, and payment processors — only as needed to provide the Service. We may share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
